Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation launches its first inner-city development

Tuesday, 15 April 2014: Today, Mayor Nenshi and Ward 7 Councillor Farrell officially launched Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation’s first inner-city development, unveiling the renderings and announcing that 25 attainable units will be available for eligible Calgarians. The project is being delivered by multi-family consulting firm Lexington Development Management. The company engaged award-winning local design firm, Sturgess Architecture, to develop the concept.
