Attainable Rental Program at AHC
Eligibility
To join our Attainable Rental Program, you need to meet certain eligibility criteria. Each development has its own specific requirements.
Check Your Eligibility
- Household income minimum $31,200 not to exceed $65,000 for 1 Bedroom
- Household income minimum $59,500 not to exceed $77,000 for 2 Bedroom
- Assets are below $50,000 (Your RRSP/RESP and primary vehicle do not count against you)
- You must have active, full-time employment or retirement income
- You live in the home and it’s your only home
- Minimum 1 person per bedroom not to exceed 2 people per bedroom
🐾 Pet friendly. Pets must be registered.
