Construction Update
We are charging forward at full speed as we begin work on the interior valleys on the south side of the roof! Insulation and flashing are now being added to the East elevation. Here’s an interesting tidbit: roof flashing is a slim material placed around roof edges to channel water away from potential leak-prone spots.
The most exciting update is the start of drywall installation on the third floor’s interior, soon to extend to the upper levels. 😀 This represents a major milestone, bringing us closer to finalizing the occupancy dates.
