1010 Construction Update

We’re nearing the final stages of construction at 1010 as we gear up for summer occupancy! While we’re putting the finishing touches on the roof with snow guards and wrapping up the exterior insulation, exciting developments are unfolding inside! Indoors, the cabinets have been delivered, and their installation is in full swing! The flooring and tiling are progressing nicely, adding a polished touch to the space. Meanwhile, drywall work, taping, and mudding are wrapping up in the common areas like the hallways and parking garage.
