Construction Update
We’re thrilled to welcome even more homeowners this summer as construction on Buildings 2 and 3 reaches the finish line! Progress is moving right along, with additional move-ins scheduled through the end of the year.

Building 2: Siding and finishings – the part everyone sees, touches, and lives with every single day. They’re not just cosmetic. They’re the protective jacket and the final polish.
Building 3: Final touches before occupancy – this is the stage where the details really matter, and the last finishing work is underway as homeowners get ready to move in this summer.
Building 11: Basement prep and framing – one day it’s bare concrete and random boxes. The next, you can literally stand inside the outline of what’s coming.
Building 12: Foundation and framing – where the structure becomes real. It starts with good prep: proper excavation, compacted base, moisture control, and rebar placed where it actually needs to be.
Building 20: Framing – when a building stops being an idea and starts being a structure. Studs, joists, rafters, beams are laid out with intent so everything that comes next has something solid to attach to.
