Attainable Homeownership Program
Attainable Homes Calgary (AHC) is a non-profit, social enterprise created in 2009 by The City of Calgary to help moderate-income Calgarians achieve their dream of homeownership.
The Attainable Homeownership Program does not use the market to determine pricing. This program gives you the benefit of attaining a home at a lower price than homes in the nearby market with the added guarantee that Attainable Homes will buy the home back at the same price you paid.
Eligibility
To join our Attainable Homeownership Program, you need to meet certain eligibility criteria. Each development has its own specific requirements.
Check Your Eligibility for The Heights
- Household income not to exceed $139,836 (before taxes)
- Assets are below $50,000 or 20% of the purchase price. Your RRSP/RESP and primary vehicle do not count against you.
- You can qualify for a mortgage.
- Your household size is appropriately matched with the size of the home.
- You live in the home and it's your only home AND you adhere to the required responsibilities of homeownership.

Choose from one to five bedrooms, each home thoughtfully designed with premium details like stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, washer and dryer, LVP flooring, matte black hardware, and modern window coverings. Select your preferred sand or stone color palette to complete your perfect space.

Albert Park/Radisson Heights
Tucked into the quiet, residential community of Albert Park/Radisson Heights, The Heights puts you close to International Avenue, Inglewood, downtown, and the city’s main routes. The Heights showhome is now open and ready for you to tour. On display is our 3-bedroom row townhome with an undeveloped basement, so you can see the space as-is and imagine the possibilities.
You'll also get to experience all the standard finishes, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, LVP flooring on the main and upper levels, 2.5 baths, and matte black hardware.
