As an eligible buyer, you can purchase a below-market-priced home in exchange for eventually selling the home back to us at the same price you bought it for.

You invest in yourself by earning equity as you pay down a mortgage while our program reacquires an affordable home to sell to a new moderate-income family.

All buyers must meet income eligibility and must qualify for a mortgage through our mortgage partners.

No Down Payment?

Many moderate-income families are challenged not just with high house prices in the market but also with the requirement to save 5% of the purchase price for a down payment. Our program can provide a down payment loan if you can contribute $2,000.
