What are the rent rates?

Each property will have unique, below-market rent rates reflecting both project costs and nearby market rates.

Am I Eligible?

To join our Attainable Rental Program, you must meet certain eligibility criteria:

  • Your assets are below $50,000 (your RRSP/RESP and primary vehicle do not count against you).

  • You must have active, full-time employment or retirement income.

  • You live in the home and it's your only home. 

  • Minimum 1 person per bedroom but no more than 2 people per bedroom. 

  • Each development has its own specific income requirements. Work with our team to see if you are a fit for this program.
