Live Action at 605 Studio West

The modular units have been fully assembled off site and are ready for transport to 605 Studio West. Framing and backfill are also finished, setting the stage for the next phase!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially started stacking the modules on site! We’ll be craning until the end of the August long weekend, at which point we’ll have an 84-unit, six-story building in place! There’s still plenty to do once the modules are on site, so keep an eye out for more updates!
