What brought you to Attainable Homes?
One of our family members purchased their first home through Attainable Homes and filled us in on the process. We did not want to rent anymore as rent prices kept increasing. Purchasing our first home through the AHC program gave us an opportunity to be able to actually buy a home. Without Attainable Homes we wouldn’t be able to buy for years!
What was your favorite part about the buying process?
My favorite part about the buying process was how AHC helped set up all the right resources and connections from the lawyer to the Mortgage Specialist. A big thank you to Paul from Scotia Bank! He was amazing and went above and beyond for us!
What features do you like best about your new home?
I am in love with our kitchen and bedrooms! The kitchen is gorgeous and functional. The bedrooms are a fantastic size which with huge windows.
