Attainable Homes Calgary is preparing for occupancy at 1010 this summer! Our first downtown rental development is in the final stages of construction and consists of 70 units with 1-2 bedroom options. 1010 is located at the intersection of 9th Street and 6th Avenue SW.

ELIGIBILITY

To join our Attainable Rental Program, you need to meet certain eligibility criteria. Each development has its own specific requirements. 

Check Your Eligibility for 1010

  • Household income minimum $31,200 not to exceed $65,00 for 1 Bedroom
  • Household income minimum $59,500 not to exceed $77,000 for 2 Bedroom
  • Assets are below $50,000 (Your RRSP/RESP and primary vehicle do not count against you)
  • You must have active, full-time employment or retirement income
  • You live in the home and it’s your only home
  • Minimum 1 person per bedroom not to exceed 2 people per bedroom

If you are interested in joining our Attainable Rental Program waitlist, the process is easy. Simply register and once you have met the eligibility requirements, you are added to our waitlist and have the first opportunity to secure your unit once it comes available.
