1010 Construction Update

We are seeing excellent progress at 1010!

Brick work continues on the North side and we are sealing up the roofing membrane as we work towards being weather tight as we prepare for the next stage of construction. So what comes next? The floors are being prepped for the pouring of gypcrete and the cavity of the exterior walls are being filled with insulation to keep you cozy during our winter months and cool in our summer months 😅
