Lucky homeowners in Building 10 take possession this week. How exciting! Building 8 is almost there with insulation and exterior siding well underway! This is an important stage of your home as insulation plays a key role in creating a more comfortable, consistent indoor climate while significantly improving a home’s energy efficiency. Exterior siding is started before insulation to protect the insulation from climate conditions. Excavation has started again for Building 11 and foundation walls have been poured for Building 12!
