Progress continues at REACH Martindale as we wait for our new Phase 2 showhomes opening early 2022!
Rough-ins continue in Building 8 with insulation and exterior finishes to follow. Building 10 is almost complete with interior finishes well underway! At this stage, your home really starts to come together! Interior doors, baseboards, windowsills, and other decorative trim are installed along with cabinets and vanities. Once complete, ceramic tile and LVP flooring are installed as well as countertops. Excavation is scheduled this week for Building 11 and finally Building 12! Inspections have started and the site is being prepared for construction and foundation!
