Meet Ian and Wendy, the newest members of our Attainable Rental Program! We chatted with them about their experience, and here’s what they shared 👇

What made you decide to go with Attainable Homes? My manager at my job obtained his first home in Copperfield through the Attainable Homes program and had nothing but glowing things to say about the program and the people he worked with.  He strongly recommended I reach out a couple of years ago to see what was available to me and I’m glad I did.

What did you enjoy most about the renting process? The regular weekly updates around the construction process, and the direct and easy communication with Gabriel via email and phone.

What features do you like most about your home? There’s a lot to like!  The elevator is huge, the storage and bike lockers are great, the location is perfect for so much, and the full sized appliances are such a great thing to have.

Do you have a fun fact or story about you or your family you would like to share? We both are musicians and work in theatre and the performing arts around Calgary – which is how we met two years ago, doing an opera together (she was acting, I was the “orchestra” pianist).
