What brought you to Attainable Homes? We were looking to purchase a home for over a year and learned about AHC and how it was possible to get into home ownership!
What was your favorite part about the buying process? The solid communication and follow up with everyone involved! From the team at AHC, mortgage specialist, right down to the lawyers! I always felt I was kept in the loop and valued as a customer.
What features do you like best about your new home? The HRV is excellent. Even when the internal temperature is 25 degrees, with the air being circulated it keeps the home a comfortable temperature with cool air blowing out of the registers. Much nicer than sitting in stagnant air.
Do you have a fun fact or story about your family you would like to share? My fiancé and I were looking for about a year to buy a home. Through the AHC program, we were able to purchase one and our mortgage is lower than what we paid for rent! We absolutely love our new home and community and so do our cats!
