What brought you to Attainable Homes?
I was in search of a rental property through Calgary Housing. After my meeting with them and going through my financials, we determined I would be a great candidate for Attainable Homes. Through their partnership, I was referred to the AHC team and I could finally leave the renters market behind!
What was your favorite part about the buying process?
My favourite part of the process was the convenience of not having to save up for years. The down payment assistance was very helpful and allowed us to finally own our home!
What features do you like best about your new home?
The solar panels so we can save money on utilities and the number of washrooms our new home has!
Do you have a fun fact or story about your family you would like to share?
The exciting thing about this whole process was just how it all came together at the right time! Our previous living situation made it extremely challenging with teenagers who needed their own privacy. Thankfully, in our new home, everyone will have their own space. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible. Our family appreciates you all!
