With the release of two new buildings at REACH Martindale, things having been moving along quickly! From construction, to possession dates, to new sales, it’s been a busy month to say the least!
The construction team has been making lots of progress on site! In Building 7, foundations were poured and the damp proofing, weeping tile, Delta wrap and window well installation have been completed with framing to follow! Excavation and a portion of the foundation have been completed in Building 9. Next up, the crew will be ready for the plumbing trench to be dug, main line installed and preparations to the foundation footings are to be started within the next few weeks!
And finally, the waste and recycling room is closed and secure. We will be using this building as a construction office during the construction of the remaining buildings.
