Another busy few weeks on the 1010 site! Check out what our crews have been up to!
Framing has started on the first floor while the rebar installation for the 2nd level slab and final slab pour was this week’s main focus! With the 2nd level slab now poured, we can remove the forms from underneath it, clearing the way for the last concrete pour in the parkade early next week! The prefabricated walls will also arrive soon and could possibly get installed on the second level – keep your eyes open for all the action! Rough-ins for mechanical and electrical continue and last but not least, deep service work will start up again over the weekend along 9th Street so plan your routes accordingly!
