Progress continues on-site at REACH Martindale despite the confusing weather!
Rough ins (plumbing and electrical HVAC) are almost completed in Building 7! Next up, is insulation and exterior finishes! Insulation plays a key role in creating a more comfortable, consistent indoor climate while significantly improving a home’s energy efficiency. Exterior siding is started before insulation to protect the insulation from climate conditions. Building 9 is also moving along with the foundations completed and framing has finally begun!
