Lucky homeowners in Building 12 have started to take possession of their new homes! Solar panels have been installed in Building 12 with Building 11 to follow. Drywall and exterior finishes have started in Building 11. At this stage, drywall is hung and taped, and drywall texturing is completed, and primary coat of paint is applied. Exterior finishings such as trim, door headers and more are installed to provide an architectural flare to your home. Next up will be interior finishes.
